Do you or a family member need practical help to support you to take control of your life?
Do you and your family have difficulties such as housing, money, parenting, confidence, job seeking, or want to improve an area of your life?
Early Help can provide you with an allocated Engagement Worker to help you develop the skills to help yourself. There are different levels of support available depending on your needs.
TOG MIND
TOG Mind have a wide choice of services available. These range from counselling through to anger management courses and short term monitoring activities.
For most of their services we require you to attend a Therapeutic Assessment, this allows both parties to talk about what their requirements are and ensures you get the appropriate service for your needs.

Online counselling and self-help resource for young people; people can create an account online and request counselling which is delivered via instant messaging. Children and young people can set profiles and track their mood, as well as access other support services such a peer forums – its free to access for Oldham residents due to be accessible. When are Kooth counsellors online? Monday-Friday 12 noon till 10pm Weekend 6pm till 10pm
