We then went to the coop where we met Elizabeth the hen and all her friends. We were able to look inside the coop at 3 different types of eggs- maybe you could ask your child what colours they were?

They shared amazing adjectives and showed good knowledge of language that blew us away!
Their number knowledge in maths tested their knowledge of place value which then they had to use to help the pirates solve the clues to solve the problem; Who had stolen the pirates treasure map? We found the suspect just in time for the Jolly Rodger's to set sail in search for the treasure!
We are excited for our WOW starter in Topic next week which links our Geography lessons this half term to the Countryside. We used our creativity as we invented our own character robot for Wendel last week and then have thought about the adventure they would go on together. We then used our imaginations and drafted our own stories, edited them and chose how to present our polished piece. Some of us used our iPad skills and used different apps like KeyNote, Pages or Notes and some of us chose to create our own zig zag books or story sheets.
The teachers as so proud of all the amazing ideas your children have thought about this week! Well Done Class 6!
